Start with a simple launch plan
The best first setup for iTech System is to prepare the system in layers instead of turning on everything at once. Begin with company settings, staff access, sales stages, communication tools, and customer-facing areas before inviting the full team.
Recommended first-time setup order
- Update company profile details, logo, timezone, and core contact information.
- Create staff users and assign the correct roles and permissions.
- Review lead sources, statuses, tags, and pipeline stages.
- Set up email, SMS, calling, or communication-related tools that your team will use.
- Check billing preferences, taxes, payment methods, and invoice formatting.
- Review the client portal, knowledge base, and any public forms before going live.
Before you invite staff
- Confirm that menus show only the areas each team needs.
- Test at least one lead workflow from creation to follow-up.
- Test one customer workflow from conversion to portal access.
- Make sure notifications, templates, and branding look correct.
Best practice
Finish the core setup with a small internal team first. After the main workflow is stable, add advanced features and automation in phases so the CRM stays clean and easy to manage.
